1. Driver
2. Police
3. Insurance  
4. admin

*if you driver you can report accident and get help.

*if you admin you can create accounts for police and insurance.

*if you police you can approve (if driver report)  accident.(you can see location and images)

*if you insurance you can see the accident location and accident details(such as images, location)
